Ground Zero

August 29, 2022 (Monday)

I drove a team of Engrineers, Architech, Teacher and their Team Leader from Office of Civil Defense Cordillera chapter. We are the team four.

We are bound to Abra for PDNA (POST DISASTER NEEDS ASSESSMENT) and we are 2 vans in our team. Upon arriving at PDRRMM, Bangued, Abra. All teams from Team 1 to 4 meet and initiate their task in this mission. Aftrerthen, we then go to our hotel at Orines, Bangued to check in. We will stay in that hotel for 8 days.

August 30, 2022 (Tuesday Morning)

First day of mission. We drove approx. of 1 hr ride going up the rocky mountains of the municipality of Pilar, Abra. Knowing that last Saturday, around 2am this place was hit by 5.5 magnitude Earthquake.
